We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of your original invoice date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. This condition does not apply to items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
If we sent you the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at support@specialistindustrials.co.uk and we will resolve the issue immediately at no cost to you.
For all other returns, please contact us at support@specialistindustrials.co.uk before sending your item back.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Untracked returns are sent at your own risk.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method, or issue an eGift card if you prefer. Returned goods must be in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where reasonable care has not been taken of the goods.
