Because of the range of sizes and weights of our products our delivery methods can either be post items or items that need to be sent via courier. Some of our items are small but heavy, some are large but lightweight. We utilise the best carrier solution for you dependant on the item(s) size, weight, quantity and destination.

Standard Delivery

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery on all UK mainland* orders over £50. Any orders below this will incur a small order charge of £4.95 per order.

*Delivery to addresses in the following postcode areas are subject to a small delivery charge per order. For delivery costs to these areas please email support@specialistindustrials.co.uk. Please note: This list is constantly updated and is not definitive.

Restricted postcodes: AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, PO, TD, TR, ZE

• Majority of our products are in stock available for 1-2 day dispatch but there are some that are made to order. Please check individual products for their lead times.
• Customised items may require a longer lead time. Please contact us for further details.

Express Delivery

For those urgent occasions when a standard delivery isn't quick enough, we can offer a Next Day Guaranteed service. These services will be charged at an additional cost and may not be available on all products. Contact us for a quote.

International Delivery

We also offer international delivery on the majority of our products (additional charges apply). International delivery is priced on application based on weight, package dimensions and destination. Please contact us to discuss.

Returns

If you're not totally satisfied with any part of your purchase, please let us know. Our customer service team are ready to solve your problems quickly and efficiently. Please email us on support@specialistindustrials.co.uk and we'll be happy to help make your return quick and painless.

Free Returns Policy

If we sent you the wrong item or you received a damaged or defective product, please email us on support@specialistindustrials.co.uk so we can correct the problem immediately.

• Returns must normally be received within 90 days of your original invoice.
• Returned items must be unused and with the original packaging (this does not apply to defective or damaged items).
• We will refund your original payment method or issue an eGift card by email for the amount you paid, per your request.
• We recommend returning items via a tracked service. If a tracked service is not used, return postage is at your own cost/risk.
• Returned goods must be in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund.
• Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
