Easy to install - position legs of the guard and secure with 4 anchor bolts per baseplate (not included). Fixed protection rails/guards are designed to help prevent damage to static equipment and machinery by halting moving vehicular traffic before it collides with them. Ideal for industrial and retail areas, they are an economical safety measure, which over the long-term will make a significant saving on repairs and maintenance costs. They are a strong and effective permanent protection solution for racking, pedestrian walkways and machinery against impact damage caused by forklift trucks or other vehicles. Designed to be highly visible with their striking yellow background and black stripes, they can be easily stepped over by pedestrians. Manufactured in Germany and TUV GS safety approved, the rails are made from 76mm diameter steel tubing and are easy to install. A 4mm steel plate is available to provide extra protection on under run versions. These fixed protection rails/guards are available in two standard heights, 350mm and 650mm and two standard widths, 750mm and 1,000mm. Fixed protection rails and guards can also be supplied in a range of different colours and sizes. Details of customised rails and guards are available on request. Quick remove protection barriers/guards, which have fixed anchor plates and easy to remove flanges are another option. They allow the entire barrier to be lifted out to permit occasional access to machinery and other movable items, such as racking.
