Because of the range of sizes and weights of our products our delivery costs are based on post items or items that need to be sent via courier. Some of our items are small but heavy, some are large but lightweight.
We utilise the best carrier solution for you dependant on the item(s) size, weight, quantity and destination.

- In-stock items are available “off the shelf” for immediate dispatch.
- Orders processed before 2pm are eligible for same day dispatch
- All standard deliveries are dispatched on a 1-2 working day basis. Due to the current circumstances some COVID-19 products are on a 7-10 working day lead time. Refer to individual products for specific delivery information.

- For those urgent occasions when a standard delivery isn’t quick enough – we can offer Next Day Guaranteed to ensure your consignment will be delivered before a certain time.
- These services will be charged at an additional cost.
We also offer international delivery on all our products, so no matter where you are, you can receive your order (additional charges apply):

If you’re not totally satisfied with any part of your purchase, please let us know. Our customer service reps are fully trained and ready to solve your problems quickly, efficiently and with as little fuss as possible.

If we sent you the wrong item or you received a damaged or defective product, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can correct the problem immediately.
- Returns must normally be received within 90 days of your original invoice
- Returned items must be unused and with the original packaging. (This does not apply to defective or damaged items.). Damage or shipping labels on the item box will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Complete the Return Form below if you wish to return an item.
- If you exchange or reorder an item with the return form then the return amount will be applied towards your new item.
- We will refund your original payment method or issue an eGift card by email for the amount you paid for the items, per your request. Please note we do charge a 12.5% handling fee on all order returned to the warehouse.
- We would highly recommend that you return your item(s) via a tracked service. If a tracked service is not used then return postage is at your own cost/risk.
- Shipping charges are paid by you and non-refundable
- Returned goods must be in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund
